Carbon Steel Fin Tubes are specially designed heat exchanger tubes used to enhance heat transfer performance in various industrial applications. These tubes are manufactured with external fins that increase the surface area, allowing better heat exchange efficiency in heating and cooling systems.

The base pipe outer diameter ranges from 15.88 mm to 165 mm, while fin heights are available from 6 mm to 50 mm. Fin thickness typically ranges between 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm, with fin pitch customized as per customer requirements. The tubes can be supplied with plain ends or beveled ends according to application needs.

Non-finned areas on both sides can also be provided as specified by the customer. Manufactured using high-quality carbon steel materials such as ASTM A179, ASTM A210, ASTM A192, and equivalent grades, these fin tubes offer excellent durability, strength, and thermal performance for industrial heat exchanger systems.
